Route Audit Report Overview
Our detailed patient-level audit log within the Audit Report helps demonstrate compliance during CMS random patient record reviews. To access the Audit report, login to my.patientping.com, or reach out to our Support team to create an account.
The Audit Report is comprised of two reports:
- National Level Report
- Patient Level Report
National Level View
The National Level View provides an at-a-glance view of data sharing at a national level to help the customer identify patterns in their patients’ usage of healthcare.
In this view, you can review your e-notification activity at a glance by reviewing high level metrics on the number of states that received a notification, the number of patients and encounters that generated a notification, notifications by facility type, and the breakdown of the location of notification recipients.
You can also filter this report by the following fields:
- Event Date
- Sending Facility State
- Sending Facility
- Sending Organization
- Receiver State
- Receiver Type
- Receiver Facility Name
- Receiver Organization
- Patient Name
- Patient Identifier
- Encounter Identifier
- Data Delivery Method
To apply filters, select the desired fields and click the reload arrow on the right side of the report.
Patient Level View
The Patient Level View provides a full audit trail of e-notification recipients. This report is searchable by the patient’s unique identifier provided in the customer’s ADT feed. To access this report, simply click on the Reporting tab and select Patient Level View in the dropdown.
Just like the National Level Report, you can filter this view using the same fields. To apply your filters, click the reload arrow on the right side of the report. To download the data, select the ellipsis icon on the right.
